Confirm site number, check-in rules, quiet hours, and parking boundaries

Look for low branches, soft ground, slopes, obstacles, and nearby hookups

Position the RV with enough clearance for slides, doors, awnings, and storage bays

Set parking brake and follow your RV or rental instructions before leveling

Connect utilities only after checking site rules and equipment instructions

Keep walkways clear and store loose outdoor items safely

Place trash, food, and outdoor supplies according to campground guidance

Take a quick photo of the campsite layout for departure reference
